For customers
- Post a job: describe the machine, the problem and where it is. Attach up to 10 photos or PDFs.
- Specialists in the right category see the job (without your identity) and express interest.
- Review the interested specialists, assign one, and track the job from start to completion.
For specialists
- Apply and upload your verification documents.
- Once approved, browse open jobs in your categories and express interest.
- When a customer assigns you the job, start and complete it from your portal.
