Warranty Policy– Canada & International

At BOHAN machines Limited, we stand behind the quality of our products. This Warranty Policy outlines the terms under which we offer repairs, replacements, or refunds for defective items.
1. Warranty Coverage
Unless otherwise stated, we provide a 12 month limited warranty on machines and 3 months on filters and parts from the date of purchase on all eligible products.
This warranty covers:
Manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship
Non-functioning components under normal use
This warranty does not cover:
Normal wear and tear
Damage due to misuse, neglect, improper installation, or unauthorized repairs
Cosmetic damage (scratches, dents, etc.) that does not affect functionality
Consumable parts (e.g., batteries, filters, etc.) unless otherwise stated
Shipping cost or return cost.
Note: Custom, final sale, or clearance items may not be eligible for warranty coverage.
2. Warranty Period

Custom Products | No warranty (unless defective on arrival) |

3. Claim Process
To make a warranty claim:
Contact us at warranty@thebohan.com within the warranty period.
Include your order number, a description of the issue, and photos or videos if applicable.
We may request the item be returned for inspection or offer a resolution based on evidence provided.
Once approved, we will offer:
Replacement of the defective item (if in stock)
Repair at no cost (if feasible)
Refund or store credit (if replacement is unavailable)
4. Shipping Costs
If your warranty claim is approved, we will not cover the return shipping within Canada.
International customers may be responsible for shipping costs.
In some cases, we may not require the item to be returned.
5. Limitation of Liability
This warranty is limited to the value of the original product and does not cover:
Incidental or consequential damages
Loss of use, time, or profits due to product failure
Some provinces do not allow the exclusion of incidental or consequential damages, so the above may not apply to you.
6. Governing Law
This warranty shall be governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta and the laws of Canada applicable therein.
